"We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. I would highly recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen because of their ethics in every regard. Their goal is to make your remodeling job as easy for you as possible while providing you with a quality product that you will love."

"Exceptional work! I hired FAMB Construction, LLC after interviewing quite a contractors (large and small companies) to replace my wood deck with Trex composite decking. Noel and Claudia are extremely professional from start to finish of the project and clearly communicated in detail what work was going to be done. Noel provided a variety of actual samples choose from and provided helpful details on how the project would be completed. My deck looks amazing and Noel even corrected some deck issues that were not within the scope of the project. "Devin Nasvaderani and his crew at Marvel Homes transformed a 1950s-era galley kitchen into an inviting and open kitchen/dining room. The project had many parts and space was limited, but it was finished on time and on budget thanks to the crew's competence, creativity and attention to detail. Devin managed to conceal a waste water pipe against a wall with some judicious cutting of a cabinet and tweaking of the tile back splash, he turned a living room closet on the other side of a kitchen wall into a pantry, and rerouted air vents that had  been inside the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. He worked with vendors including Cabinet Discounters, ABW appliances, Mosaic Tile and ABKA Marble & Granite to ensure the project stayed on track. And he dealt swiftly with glitches, replacing a dinged sink and a scratched drawer front.. A job well done."

"Completed an upgrade to our 40-year-old kitchen w VKB Kitchen & Bath. Calvin worked closely w us on the design to get small cabinet and counter space in our townhouse. Al was our PM for the demolition and build-out phases. Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."

"I hired JW Home Improvement to remove wood filler and a microwave above my electric stove, and replace it with a pre-made cabinet and new range hood. Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. I am issuing a rating of five out of five stars for his performance."

"I hired this contractor to level my basement floor, install a backup sump pump, and add a laundry sink. The basement looks better, but had significant problems. THE GOOD:The laundry sink and sump pump work properly alongside the existing drain. THE CONCERNS:The sump pump was initially installed incorrectly, removing the drain. I was told both couldn't fit due to equipment size. Only after speaking with the owner was a solution found.The floor leveling fell short. The self-leveler had grey and white patches. When I raised concerns, I was told this was normal and it doesn't come in colors,contradicting my research. Since I didn't discuss coloring upfront, I paid an additional $850 for epoxy paint. Even after painting, the floor remained uneven with noticeable depressions. The door was left unlocked with keys inside rather than in the lockbox. BOTTOM LINE:The basement is improved but not level as promised. Be very specific about expectations upfront and be prepared to push back on issues"
