He helped me decipher between being practical, extravagant and the realistic possibilities and expectations of both. His team was very professional and timely as well. "The visits (2) went all right and we removed fish from the pond to be relocated (we recently moved in to the house) and assessed the pond for needed repairs. The price was $240. We promptly paid them. We did not expect to hear from them again until we decided on a course of action. Somehow our payment was never acknowledged. They continued to send us invoices. We tried to call them, to provide them with a check number and date, to do anything, even to pay the fee again. I have tried to reach them at least 10 times since September! They NEVER answered the phone, NEVER returned our calls and ended up reporting us to a credit bureau. At least I think they did as we started getting calls from a collector who referenced them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. VERY STRANGE!!

UPDATE: We finally heard from them months later and they stopped sending invoices and acknowledged our payment.  They also claimed that they did not report us to a credit bureau and we haven't received any additional calls.  It seems like wherever they were before, they are now back at work and answering the phone.  I would definitely call them first to see if they do, in fact, answer the phone.
