"Professional and informative. Very customer service oriented."

"Very satisfied with responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism! Danny was able to squeeze us into Blue Star's full schedule at a time that worked for us and called before the visit for clarification about the problem, and after the visit about how things went. John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you, Danny and John!!"

"Wonderful experience. They were willing to give us discounts and they were not going for the highest unit possible and they could. They went with what fit our needs and budget. They have a wonderful staff. Everything was good overall."

"They arrived on time, replaced my HAVC system as well as cleaned my ducts. I’m very satisfied with this service and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended."

"Our furnace was giving us problems just as winter was kicking in. The service was quick and effective, with great communication about what was needed and the work being performed. We greatly appreciated the service and look forward to working with this company again."

"The driver arrived in a large SUV (though we had discussed a sedan) because he thought we would be more comfortable in a larger car.  He was polite and professional and helpful.  The ride was nice and quick - and we arrived at Dulles without any problems.
I will definitely use the service again and would recommend to others.

"It went well. Troy was available the same day I called. He arrived on time, communicated well and was very friendly. We will call him back in the Spring to service our A/C unit."
