"Tim and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on my basement ceiling!! In less than 8 hours they completely removed the horrible existing ceiling material, built pop outs around ductwork and pipes, and re-installed can lights. They repositioned my can lights (which I didn't even think to ask them to do but am SO glad they did!) Their attention to detail was exceptional and the ceiling looks flawless and my basement is much improved!! I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. Their price was fair and reasonable."

"The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. I'll post an update once the work is done. I also had them paint some exposed wood around my garage door. They did a very nice job and I'm thrilled with the work."

"The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."
