He performed the necessary repairs and the air conditioning was blowing cold in short order. "It went very well. Alex diagnosed a disconnected wire causing power disruption to the pump; he was able to efficiently replace it without a problem. I was confused about the final cost of service visit and repair. Be sure you understand what it means when they say the cost of the service visit is deducted from the service itself. Is it $40.00 or a 20% discount? Despite that, the cost was in-line or maybe a little better than other appliance repair companies I've dealt with in the past. And least you be confused, I don't think you need to leave a tip. Please correct me if I'm in error. I made be out of date. Without a doubt, I would hire this company again, and am very happy to have found them through Angie's List. They can be assured of my future business. Thank you!"

"It worked out really well. We were afraid that it was going to be something mechanical, and basically it was just some typical maintenance. We have a different type of washer/dryer. It's one of those oversized ones. The repairman did everything he could, showed us everything and what we needed to do that we had not been doing. The machine has been working beautifully. We actually had them a second time. It was very quick. A lot of times in holidays, we have a hard time getting people to schedule to have stuff done. It was great. I liked his honesty. He was very straightforward. He was very matter of fact, very thorough, very professional and very likeable. The price was fair. He was here for a while for what needed to be done and going over the two appliances. He didn’t rush through it. He took his time and did a very thorough job. I think the price was well worth what he did. He found what the issue was and showed us how to prevent future problems. His responsiveness was very good from the time we called him until he got out here and did what he needed to do. It wasn’t a major emergency or anything like that. He came out and did the job pretty well. He was very prompt calling to make the appointment. They were right here when they said they would be. I have used them since then."

"Although the company was responsive to my purchase of a Big Deal for handyman services, scheduling a time for the services was problematic as there was only one handyman and he was unavailable at the times I was available.  The company told me I could call back within a few months to reschedule, but when I did, the handyman was no longer available due to a work injury and was not replaced.  The company was very courteous and professional and did try to work with me following the purchase of the Big Deal, but I was not able to obtain the services.
