"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

Ivan repaired the washing machine drain pump. Very professional, courteous and quick!  He knew what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards.  Would definitely use him again. However, though I called  Atlanta Appliance, someone from Forward Appliance came.  This was No problem-  he came at the appointed time (first day) and called to confirm before coming. Atlanta Appliance more than likely sent the closest available person. My lucky day!

Highly recommend.

"The technician Raymond accessed the situation and gave me the option of replacing the handle or having a new faucet installed which would have cost more money. He set the expectations for each option."

"I called Mr Parham and he responded very promptly. When he arrived he was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable estimate on the cost to have the compressor replaced. The parts were ordered and installed as promised. I have also used him to have the thermostat replaced in my refrigerator. My washer was leaking water, he also fixed that also. All these were separate house calls, and each time Mr Parham was also professional, and on time and did the work as promised."

"They were good. The only downside is they don't tell you in the deal that there was something else required. They don't tell you that upfront. So that was not a good thing. It really depends on how old your house is. A new house has a certain type of breaker. My house was 20 or 30 years old. It didn't have that type of breaker. So I had to pay for the breaker to get the whole house surge. That was the only downside to that. But they were timely. The work they did was fine. I probably spent another $100, beyond the big deal amount of $69. They came out a week or so after I purchased the big deal."

"We have hired these guys a couple times to help with dishwasher and with our clothes dryer. Both times the technician that came to the house was knowledgeable, efficient, and very good at clearly explaining the issue and work involved."

"Sunday evening found carpet in the living room wet in a 4x4 area. This area butted up against the outside garage where the water heater is located. I called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing first thing monday morning and they came out within 30 minutes. John was great, he identified the problem as being a leak wihtin the wall. Nothing to do with the water heater. A small pin hole leak in the copper pipe not due to a nail or anything else. Just a spontaneus leak. Not sure why copper should leak as this was not in a joint or elbow. Pipe was difficult to sauder due to it being tight against a stud. It took him some time but he was able to successfully repair this. He cleaned up after himself and even took the time to show me about my water heater and the house water shut off valve. I would definitely choose Roswell Woodstock Plumbling for any of my future plumbing needs. I hope John never leaves this company. He is GREAT!"
