"I have a home warranty since I just bought a house. One morning, when leaving for work, my garage door opened, but wouldn't close. I closed it manually and went to work. When I got home, I entered an online request with my warranty company. The Overhead Door Company called me within a very short time, maybe 30 minutes. I was impressed it was so quick. The lady I spoke to was very very friendly. She said she'd try to get me scheduled for the next day. She called me back a few minutes later and had someone who could come out that night. He came out a little while later and assessed the situation, determining I needed a full replacement. The next day a second guy came out and installed the opener and did all the work. The job didn't take long and the work was good quality. I'd use these guys in the future instead of the big box stores. The $65 I paid was for the work not covered by my warranty. <br />"
