Shortly after he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. He then began to repair the freezer. He was more rough than I would have liked with the hardware and ended up replacing most of the screws that were stripped. After completing the work I was assured the problem was fixed and I paid the agreed upon amount that was also a reasonable price for the efficiency of work. However, after 24 hours the freezer was still not getting cold. So I redid all the work I watched him do and saw the icing had completely stopped the fan. Once I removed the ice the freezer began to work again. Overall, I think the information and work provided was worth the price but I cannot rate him higher do to the additional work necessary to complete the job."
