"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Great handyman service from Cransten Handyman and Remodeling! Kody and his coworker were awesome and came right on time and stayed until the job was done. They did a great job in cabinet installation. They were very professional and kind. I highly recommend this company. They will communicate with you and I felt like they were on top of things. "All required work was done in a few days. Noticed subfloor making noise about four months after the job was complete. The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall."
