"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"From start to finish, Jeff and his employee, Mike, provided excellent service. Jeff met with me before the work started, reviewed my plans and made great suggestions. He provided written, itemized estimates and never charged me extra even though various things came up that required additional work. He met me at the hardware store and gave me guidance on what to purchase such as doors, bathroom fixtures, paint, etc. I am very happy with the recommendations that he made because the features are better and more updated than what I would have picked out and in some cases I saved money too. Both Jeff and Mike are very knowledgeable and experienced and they were able to handle any unexpected situations that came up once the room was gutted. For example, it turned out that the walls and doorframe in my bathroom were not square. Several adjustments had to be made for it to look right and everything came out looking beautiful and professionally done. They even re-installed my old toilet every night until the new one was installed so I would be able to stay in my house while the work was being done! Pricewise, I’m sure I could have gotten a lower estimate, but I would rather pay a little more to get the quality and experience. Other companies might not have done such a nice job and might have charged me extra for the additional things that came up. Great quality work, nice guys, hard workers, at a decent price.
