"I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. They were booked for 5 days so I was fine with that. When the manager called and I told him how much water was being lost from a water line I had someone at my door in 30 minutes. Wow! They said it was an emergency and found a couple of men to work on our problem that afternoon. There was someone working on the line until after 11 pm. It was 23 degrees and we begged them to go home much earlier but they refused to leave until we had water. The price was very reasonable. "Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.
