"Prompt and very communicative. The quote on the phone was ;around $300.00 to which I asked if that meant $350 or below and the reply once again was yeah, right around $300.00. I felt that was reasonable so I had them do the work. After the install, which went very quickly as I'm sure they have done this 1000 times, I was presented with a bill for $463.20, which included $200 for labor and a TV bracket that could have held a 90 TV. If you quote the customer, stick to the quote. There was not any unforeseen complexity in this install. I recommend them for the work, as they are really competent. I would get the quote in writing before they show up or start drilling holes in your wall. They work fast, they are communicative in terms of showing up and asking you what you'd like. I was disappointed that the final bill was WAY different than what was discussed by phone. Geek Squad would have actually been cheaper."

"I was told to call All American Solutions. I did and was connected Mr. Bob Feltman. He is a wonderful, brilliant, and smart man. He was patient with me as he walked me through the steps I needed to do. Because of surgery I just had my mouth area was numb and swollen making it hard for me to speak correctly. Bob was such a love. For 2 1/2 days he diligently worked cleaning up, removing all of the ware's, and trash out of my computer. Then everything had to be reinstalled. Raymond came and asked what my issues were with the computer, listened to all my complaints. I explained about needing one virus software for work (encryption) and one for my computer's needs. He began by checking all the usual sites of issues, ran a virus scan product or two and determined that my issues were not viral related (yeah) but mostly overloaded with add-ons from several companies/sites.

Those got cleared out/removed, he made my home page much more user friendly for me, and explained tons of questions that I had about 'why this, why that, how this, etc.'  He made sure that at start-up, the computer wasn't bogged down, and by then there was already a big improvement. He changed my search engine from one that had been installed when I bought it but didn't know enough to change it.  I now know how to use either of the browser options.

He found documents that I knew were "in the cloud storage' but couldn't find (yes, I know, I'm one of those who wonders which cloud my stuff is in).  Raymond also set up my external hard drive so I could have yet another document storage location (to be really safe--especially since I still don't trust that cloud).

So now, instead of a computer that froze every few minutes I have a computer that is working well and I can concentrate on typing my end-of-term paper and not worrying that the computer will shut down.

Raymond was here about 90-105 minutes and the fee was very reasonable-- money well spent for what I got in return.
