"Wally and his team are an excellent, first class group. Quality craftsmanship at a fair price. Everything with Wally and his team is done the right way, every time. Communication between Wally, his team, and Melanie in the front office was easy and straightforward. They’re always pleasant, available, and willing to help. We had one mixup on the design of the deck board layout. Wally and I spoke, the issue was resolved with no problems or issues. Wally did the extra work this required with no additional charge. They tore down my existing deck, redoing all the framing, and installing a new trex composite deck / railing. Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck. Couldn’t be happier. The work was impeccable and the deck looks amazing."

"John and his team of sons are the absolute best. I can recommend them without hesitation. I live in a neighborhood with new construction houses and strict HOA rules, and John worked within their rules to build us the deck of our dreams! He is so good at what he does that he was selected to build the decks for 3 of the houses in our small neighborhoodâ other deck builders couldnâ t compete with his craftsmanship, quality, and prices. John and his team are extremely knowledgeable and will work with you to build the deck that is perfect for your home and your budget. They do quality work, are friendly, efficient, and honest. We know nothing about decks and John made several different recommendations and never pressured us regarding our decision or tried to upsell us something that wasnâ t needed. He doesnâ t use subcontractorsâ every day itâ s either John himself or his sons who show up and perform the work. If you are looking for a local company you can trust to build your deck, look no further."

"NexGen installed metal roof in main house and asphalt singles for the garage, and I really enjoyed the process and was very happy with my new roof. Upon their suggestion, we also re-did the siding of attics, the fascia (custom bent aluminum capping), as well as gutter replacement to meet the requirements of metal roofing. The roofing and surroundings are look really nice. I found NexGen based on Angi’s recommendation. After talked to three contractors, I felt that they had the most experiences with metal roofing, very knowledgeable about the service and product, and the pricing was reasonable. The project took about a month to complete, and I had no regret to have them installed the roofing and accessories. After signed the contract, the project started with a welcome letter, which detailed the steps and the manager to be responsible for each step. I received text messages and emails ahead of time for the coming events, such as selecting the materials/colors, signing the documents, delivery of the dumpster truck or roofing materials, or crews coming for daily works, etc. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I either sent the text or call, the manager would be back to me very quickly. Not only the managers were very professional, but also the crew. After removing the old roofing, the underneath was carefully inspected, and damaged plywood was replaced. They made sure that the new installed metal panels were well protected when reaching over for the sidings installation. They always cleaned up after a long day of work, no matter how late it was. Due to the structure of my house, which there were a lot of details surrounding fascia and frieze board, they were patient to go through for capping, and it probably required much more work than initially planned, so they even came during the weekend to get it done. Overall, I am very happy with the project and would consider NexGen for other projects or recommend to others."

"Response to my RFP for prompt. They explained in detail what would be done, and how; this detail sold the job, and how they would work around problems we expected from large tree roots. Installation was on time and within our budget. Work crew was friendly, attentive and addressed all issues we presented; my wife is an artist and perfectionist. At end of job they assured us they would address any future quality problems. Mostly, we love our new patio and value added to our home."

"Patrick and his son Marcus have done several projects for us. I will list the projects below. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and more importantly, felt very comfortable with Patrick and his team being in, or around, our house for extended periods of time. They were very accommodating to our requests and often had fantastic suggestions to make our projects even better. I have found Patrick and Marcus to be honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Our first Project was the sunroom and that Major addition went very well and we continued the relationship moving forward. Here are the major work done over the last few years: 1. Large Sunroom with small side deck. 2. Family room renovation. Fireplace, ceiling wood, half wall. 3. Main entrance stairway. 4. Garden wall and walkway 5. Complete deck build. I am happy to provide a personal reference. You can get my contact information through Patrick."
