Communication between Wally, his team, and Melanie in the front office was easy and straightforward. They’re always pleasant, available, and willing to help. We had one mixup on the design of the deck board layout. Wally and I spoke, the issue was resolved with no problems or issues. Wally did the extra work this required with no additional charge. They tore down my existing deck, redoing all the framing, and installing a new trex composite deck / railing. Additionally, they updated all the electrical running under the deck / outside (to code), replaced a downspout that was running underground that had collapsed, and also installed a new block window under the deck. Couldn’t be happier. The work was impeccable and the deck looks amazing."

"NexGen installed metal roof in main house and asphalt singles for the garage, and I really enjoyed the process and was very happy with my new roof. Upon their suggestion, we also re-did the siding of attics, the fascia (custom bent aluminum capping), as well as gutter replacement to meet the requirements of metal roofing. The roofing and surroundings are look really nice. I found NexGen based on Angi’s recommendation. After talked to three contractors, I felt that they had the most experiences with metal roofing, very knowledgeable about the service and product, and the pricing was reasonable. The project took about a month to complete, and I had no regret to have them installed the roofing and accessories. After signed the contract, the project started with a welcome letter, which detailed the steps and the manager to be responsible for each step. I received text messages and emails ahead of time for the coming events, such as selecting the materials/colors, signing the documents, delivery of the dumpster truck or roofing materials, or crews coming for daily works, etc. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I either sent the text or call, the manager would be back to me very quickly. Not only the managers were very professional, but also the crew. After removing the old roofing, the underneath was carefully inspected, and damaged plywood was replaced. They made sure that the new installed metal panels were well protected when reaching over for the sidings installation. They always cleaned up after a long day of work, no matter how late it was. Due to the structure of my house, which there were a lot of details surrounding fascia and frieze board, they were patient to go through for capping, and it probably required much more work than initially planned, so they even came during the weekend to get it done. Overall, I am very happy with the project and would consider NexGen for other projects or recommend to others."

"I had them replace a rotten, 12x12' deck. The job started within the timeframe that we discussed. The actual work from demolition to finished deck was only 2 days with a dumpster getting delivered the day before, and retrieved the day after. I couldn't be happier with the timing, or the quality of work. They even stayed to finish the railing when it started raining. The price was a bit steep, but not getting jerked-around is priceless."

"I called The Driveway Lady to get a quote and ideas on how to solve a difficult problem with my concrete porch. My home was built in the late 1800s and has a large raised concrete wrap around porch surrounded by beautiful stone walls. Replacement would be prohibitive, but there were some substantial cracks and pitting. It was like walking on an ocean reef, it was so rough, and the repairs made to the cracks wouldn’t hold, but Jean determined that it was otherwise secure with no water penetration below. She suggested they repair the cracks with hydraulic cement and then coat the entire surface with Miracote to seal both the cracks and smooth the surface and protect from future pitting. They worked with me to get the color right when I didn’t like the initial application.  Jean stands by her work and does an outstanding job. The people she has working for her are also courteous, pleasant and easy to work with. I can’t recommend her and her team enough."

Aaron was a great sales consultant during this process. Once the job started, both the excavation crew and build crew, led by the foreman Kevin, were fantastic. "Steve (owner) immediately returned my initial call, was out to do the estimate the next day, and completed the work the morning after that.  He and his partner did a beautiful job.  They were friendly and professional, and I was so impressed with their work.  Everything came up so clean, from the rain gutters to the aluminum siding to the concrete just beneath it at the base of the house.  The sidewalk is a completely different color now!  And they even pressure washed the straw doormat I had on the front porch!  I've made arrangements for them to return in the late fall or early spring (when the trees aren't dropping so much stuff) to pressure wash, protect, and paint my deck.  Steve talked with me about deck protection and the product he recommends using and provided me with a chart of color samples.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs pressure washing.  I felt like their performance, in every respect, was flawless.
