"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"Murphy's Plumbing replaced a portion of our sewer line. Jeff presented us with a cost efficient and minimally invasive solution, involving running our line above ground and under our oil tank. He assured us this is "not a big deal". Other plumbers were more alarmist recommending tearing up a lot of our concrete floor or even draining and removing our oil tank to run the line under ground. Steve and crew were extremely efficient and clean, completing the work exactly as expected and on time. Listening to the crew work in the basement, I could tell they are very concerned with doing quality work and have a lot of pride for their trade. Sewer issues are miserable, but Murphy's presented a level-headed and simple solution and took the stress our of the problem. "Paul didn't blink at removing the old septic tank; whereas, others we spoke with wanted to put a new tank in next to the existing tank.  Paul came in with his guys on the days he said they would be there and cleaned up each day.  The work looks neat and well done. There was no damage to curbing from the heavy equipment and minor turf repairs were completed. All access points to the system are neatly set at grade.  The only thing that could have gone better was proactive communication around things like when we could use water and when we couldn't, not a big deal in the end.  Pricing was competitive.  Paul was present and involved in the job and they completed the work in 2 days, which was the bottom end of his estimated time."

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
