"The work crew was able to rip out old flooring, and install the new wood flooring in one days work. The job was well done . They moved furniture ripped out flour types of flooring including ceramic tile, hauled away old materials, and then installed wood flooring. The cost came in much lower than another floor installer, and the quality of the installation and the wood flooring are great. The only downside was that they did not carry a type of room transition divider piece that was needed for two transition ways into the kitchen area, and so I had to use the old pieces and change their stain. Not a big deal, but disappointing and extra work I did not anticipate."

"Wonderful! They showed up, gave an estimate, we chose a material, was given a date for installation, was installed on the date promised. Looks fabulous. Job well done! Love my new floors."

"Did an excellent jog installing the floor."

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."

"GREAT! Easy to work with. Matt and Michael were excellent and easy to get along with. Very neat, clean, and professional. They will get my business again. You won't be sorry with this company. The installers would not put the floor down because they noticed a possible water issue, giving me the opportunity to get someone in here to fix that first. A++++++ for recognizing the problem and alerting me in lieu of just slapping down a floor. Came a week later and got the job done! No complaints. Both store owner and son are involved and very nice!"

"We had a flooring job we needed to have completed in a finite window of time (old tenant was moving out and we had a week before we absolutely had to move in). From the getgo Ricardo was professional, timely, and responsive. He showed up as scheduled to see the unit, sent us the quote the next day and completed the work in the time he said he would. And our floors look GORGEOUS. The apartment looks completely different than the one we purchased. We couldn't be happier with him (and his crew's) work."

"Immediate response. Fair quote. Nice guys came to install carpet. Hard working and did great work and left room neat. Would absolutely hire them again."

"We have had our carpets cleaned by several different companies over the years, but none came close to comparing to the quality that this company provides.  We never expected all the marks to come off of our sofa and love seat because our children love to lounge with their dirty sneakers resting on the arms of both pieces of furniture.  If you were to see them now, you would honestly think they were brand new!!  We couldn't be more pleased!!
We called the company yesterday and Ricardo was at our home this morning to do the job.  He is very professional and is an extremely hard worker.  He took his time and explained what would need to be done to provide us with the best outcome.  Initially we thought that the price was a little high but took a chance that we would like the outcome.  We are so glad we did.....everything, including the area rug and the stairs are immaculate.  We went from thinking the price was a bit high to agreeing that we got a bargain.  After Ricardo left we starting looking at all the other rugs and furniture in our home and decided that we need to place another call to Quality Cleaning to get the rest of the house looking as good as our family room looks now.  We will not hesitate to use this company in the future and will recommend them to all of our family and friends.  Ricardo, if you read this,....thank you again for such amazing service!"

"My tenants could not stop telling me how thrilled they were with the quality of his work and how clean and neat he was while working."

"Daniel was absolutely a professional all the way! He returned calls and called back when needed, perfectly on time. He showed up for the assignment on time to the minute. I asked if I could get them ANYTHING at all, several times, if they needed help hauling supplies, anything and they said no thank you every time. They had it covered themselves completely, every step of the way they were self sufficient. I would have left them alone in my house-that's how I felt with them. They did a spectacular job, DETAIL ORIENTED and that's mandatory for me ;) They took their time to do it right, clean up after themselves and put everything possible back where it was in under 4 hours. They guesstimated 3-5 hours so they were dead on. I had the chance to have some conversations with Daniel before the assignment, during it and after it and I've come to really like his work, professional ethics and personality: from how he considers referrals of another other type, to not being afraid to explain the technical use of his supplies to me ( "a chick" ), to enjoying my children being around. I liked his explanation of his services and supplies in particular, I learned a lot about the appropriateness of his prices that 'seemed' to be a bit higher than other suppliers; until you find out you're not really comparing apples to apples. I would 100% recommend them to ANYONE. Thank you Daniel!!!!!!"
