During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. "The wrong floor was installed in my house, even though I called immediately to tell them it was the wrong floor going down. Ron, the owner, belittled me, and told me there were more important things in this world than having the wrong floor installed. Ron can be a very nasty person and I?m expecting him to write something back to justify his point of view. The bottom line is I ordered one color and I got a different color very simple and he will do nothing about it but try to make himself look good and make me look bad I am a retired, registered nurse, mother, grandmother, and also a disabled widow. I do not need this nasty man putting me down and not taking responsibility whatsoever for his mistake. I?m anxious to find out how he justifies this, but whatever he says, I assure you, it will not be truthful. Don?t take a chance. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE"
