"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. Robert, the owner of RCâ s Plumbing, replaced a leaking 75-gallon water heater (with recirculating pump) just yesterday and his quality of work from start to finish was truly superb! His attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout every step of the project, including the mitigation of mold and reinforcing the raised platform that the heavy (approx. 620-lbs, filled) water heater sits on, is honestly second to none. Something that I also appreciated and valued about RCâ s Plumbing and Robert is how he takes his time to answer any and all questions about the project, both during and after the project.
