The only two problems were that I wasn't told before I scheduled the estimate appointment that they have a minimum charge for projects, and also we played phone tag about scheduling the project once we accepted the estimate and the crew showed up to do the work without it actually being scheduled. They were quick and professional, but I wish we had actually scheduled a time to get the work done rather than them just showing up. Maybe it was a miscommunication?"
