Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

"Jeff was fully involved in the design and had cost saving suggestions as well. My basement was cinder block walls and cement floors. He put in electric, pot lights, moved doors, drywalled, painted, stained trim. It is now a beautifully finished old west saloon! He also remodeled my bathroom and did a fabulous job. Then I had him redo the fireplace. He was always open to suggestions and very professional. He's friendly, funny and I was completely comfortable having him in my house when I wasn't there. Prices were very reasonable too. He goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Building, LLC!"

Tom and his employees are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated that they would give us options, as well as advice, on the many decisions we had to make. Our schedule was impacted on multiple occasions by delays in the materials that we had ordered (flooring, cabinets, etc.), but Tom was always very accommodating. What really makes this company stand out to me above all others is not just their quality of work, but how easy it was to always get a hold of them. Regardless of how big or small our question or concern may have been, Tom would always respond to our texts or calls right away. He was beyond patient, and went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed.
