"The entire process was flawless. In the proposal stage, I was given 4 options detailing prices and differences in each option in great detail. There was also an explanation of why I needed a chimney liner. We signed the contract and work was started almost immediately. I was contacted via text and email with a description of all the techs being dispatched including photos and background information. The techs arrived as stated.
