Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."

"First Mr. Lima is very respectful and professional gentleman. We told him what we wanted and he provided our services. We needed to replace two walls that the previous owner took down illegally. Next, the kitchen was in desperate need of repair. The bath had two doors entering so we closed one of the doors which was the entrance from the master bedroom. We used that closed off door as an addition to our now walk in closet! Also his team redesigned the space to be more functional. His son showed us that the roof had a leak that has been going on for a long time in the bath. He went on the roof with my husband to inspect where the leak was coming from and suggested that we look into a new roof in a few years. He patched the problem for us without asking. These guys are communicative, suggestive and very respectfully during the entire renovation. Mr. Lima and his team is very knowledgeable and I would definitely suggest using him and his team for any work throughout your home. As of this writing, they are still working on our home and we are very satisfied since they began."
