"I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

Tillerman Gardens was recommended to me by a friend. Jesse and his crew were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Jesse was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He patiently listened to what we wanted, asked great questions to get clarity and made some really good suggestions on things we hadn't thought of (i.e. adding river rocks to the grassy part at the edge of the driveway to ease getting in and out by the 2nd car). All the members of his crew were very nice and kept the yard looking clean at the end of each day. Work was done in the timeframe given to us. We are so happy with the end result! "The provider showed up on time and prepared.  There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation.  He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost.  I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.
