Other companies provided written information or a quick drawing of the proposed project. HD Exteriors has a computerized program that can visually show the design of the plans. The program provides an opportunity to look at a draft of the completed project. No other company provided the opportunity to see a finished project and then adjust it as needed. HD Exteriors provided a very detailed contract that they reviewed with me prior to the start of the project. They answered questions during the planning process as well as during the construction. HD Exteriors provided one point of contact who managed the different workers including deck construction, carpentry, concrete and patio crews.
