"Andrew and his team were EXCELLENT. We contacted him with some of our ideas for a home network. At our house we use Comcast and were using WiFi throughout the home. We had tried wireless AC and a number of different options. After about six top of the line routers and extenders we were searching for better options. Unique Video and Sound understood exactly what we were looking for. They installed 9 wall plates and 18 connections, 2 per plate. I requested CAT6A cable to future proof the house. It has been about 4 months since we hired them. They were neat and professional. They were also incredibly kind and understanding. They understand networking. After using there services our internet speed (limited by how close you were to the router and number of users) went from 40 Mbps download to a CONSISTENT 180 Mbps download. We have about 30 different devices connected either via WIFI or directly to the wall. The WiFi is the same but the wired devices (TV's and computers) have no delay on the internet. Our quality of life has significantly improved. We never have to worry about the network going down on our end. If we lose connection it is Comcast. The headaches regarding internet are gone. We have also purchased a 4k TV and plugged a CAT6A wire directly into it. We easily watch Netflix or live streams of anything instantly. The work was great and we would hire them again with any project. I highly recommend installing Ethernet in your home and hiring these guys. They are the best. We waited about four months to do the review and I can say with confidence this was a great decision to hire. I cannot say enough good things about Unique Video and Sound. This is an upgrade you will thank yourself for and these are the guys to do it."

"I was told to call All American Solutions. I did and was connected Mr. Bob Feltman. He is a wonderful, brilliant, and smart man. He was patient with me as he walked me through the steps I needed to do. Because of surgery I just had my mouth area was numb and swollen making it hard for me to speak correctly. Bob was such a love. For 2 1/2 days he diligently worked cleaning up, removing all of the ware's, and trash out of my computer. Then everything had to be reinstalled. "I had purchased a big deal for the service and it did not turn out very well. The big deal was $49 for a remote computer tune up. He got back to me right away and then he did not call me back for a while. He did a complete scan because he messed it up. I felt like he could have been more professional. I ended up trying to contact him a couple of times. There were no additional charges. I appreciate that he did a complete scan instead of a partial. The computer is running faster to an extent. There was a little bit of an improvement and I used another company after which I saw a huge difference. He tried to make it up."
