"I love this virtual service. My Whirlpool Duet was flashing an error code related to the drain pump. After cleaning the pump, the error was still showing. I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

"This is the second time we've had the opportunity to use D&T Appliance and continue to be impressed with their service. Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. As a note, we found Andrej to be timely, very professional, and technically astute. It was a pleasure having him as out repairman."

"I called SOS on Sunday, 11/13 and left a message that my dryer had gone out and I needed a call back but it was not an emergency so I didn't need an emergency weekend appointment.  SOS called back first thing Monday morning (11/14) and had repair guys out to diagnose the issue the same day.  They also looked at my dishwasher that had stopped draining water.

Both my dryer and dishwasher needed motors replaced that needed to be ordered in.  Estimate on getting them in was 5-7 days, so imagine my surprise when I got a call 3 days later that they were in, and they would be able to do the repairs the next day (Friday, 11/18).  They were actually early for the Friday repair appointment (they called first to make sure it would be no inconvenience to show up early), and had both appliances fixed in 45 minutes.  The final cost was exactly what was quoted - just under $600 total which included 2 service calls, 2 motors, plus the diagnosing and repair of both appliances.

Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"I filled out a ticket , and they call within 24 hours. They scheduled someone to come do the work. It is really easy to get a hold of this company over the phone. I pay 75 service fee each time they come out, and a $40 a month. If any of the appliances break down and they cannot fix them, they will replace them for free. "They were very responsive, and came within budget. There was a lot of different projects that they worked on. We had a little difficulty with them completing a small project. The window blinds were purchased by us, and they were to install them. However, there was a series of problems with the blinds that were not of their doing. At the end of the day, we didn't feel like the blinds were installed properly. Overall, there were many positives to working with them. They solved the sewer problem very quickly. They're very attentive to their customers and measure themselves against a well laid out plan. They were highly responsive to our particular timing needs prior to selling the home."
