"I love this virtual service. My Whirlpool Duet was flashing an error code related to the drain pump. After cleaning the pump, the error was still showing. I set up an appointment with Neli and spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. He assessed the machine and was able to determine the likely cause of the error. After the appointment, I was sent information on ordering the replacement part and how to set up a call to install the new pump. I would use Neli in the future for any appliance issue!"

Between the time of troubleshooting and the actual repair, the refrigerator continued to deteriorate. When Andrej, the service man, arrived for repair, I informed him of the additional problems. As it turned out the problem went from a solenoid issue to a main circuit board. Andrej quickly found that his supplier had the part in stock and immediately drove to the shop. Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. "I called SOS on Sunday, 11/13 and left a message that my dryer had gone out and I needed a call back but it was not an emergency so I didn't need an emergency weekend appointment.  SOS called back first thing Monday morning (11/14) and had repair guys out to diagnose the issue the same day.  They also looked at my dishwasher that had stopped draining water.

Both my dryer and dishwasher needed motors replaced that needed to be ordered in.  Estimate on getting them in was 5-7 days, so imagine my surprise when I got a call 3 days later that they were in, and they would be able to do the repairs the next day (Friday, 11/18).  They were actually early for the Friday repair appointment (they called first to make sure it would be no inconvenience to show up early), and had both appliances fixed in 45 minutes.  The final cost was exactly what was quoted - just under $600 total which included 2 service calls, 2 motors, plus the diagnosing and repair of both appliances.

"They were very responsive, and came within budget. There was a lot of different projects that they worked on. We had a little difficulty with them completing a small project. The window blinds were purchased by us, and they were to install them. However, there was a series of problems with the blinds that were not of their doing. At the end of the day, we didn't feel like the blinds were installed properly. Overall, there were many positives to working with them. They solved the sewer problem very quickly. They're very attentive to their customers and measure themselves against a well laid out plan. They were highly responsive to our particular timing needs prior to selling the home."
