Arrived on site at appointed time. Explained procedure and when there would be loud noise from tools.

Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Took normal break and lunch. Informed us when leaving and when returning.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

Work crew was very quiet and polite.

"GBHMF Cleaning Services LLC did an outstanding job! They arrived 1/2 hour earlier than expected. Cleaned my new home from top to bottom, Carpets, hardwood floors, cabinets etc. They installed a couple of air conditioners, added brackets, made sure everything was secured. After cleaning my house. GBHMF went to my old apt. townhome and loaded up the truck and brought all of my belongings to my clean new home and put all labeled boxes in the appropriate rooms!"

"I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."
