So I called NE Renovation to see if they could fix it.  They asked me about my problem and the name of the faucet however the name plate was worn and I could not determine the name so I did not know the type of faucet it was. A technician came to my house and in seconds after seeing the faucet knew exactly what was needed. He returned a week later with new faucet parts and quickly replaced the failing parts. 

He was very professional and helpful in describing what he was doing. The repaired faucet works beautifully. I would definitely use them again on any project that I need help with.

"I got this company from Angie's List. A guy came out and looked at the works to be done then I got a quote from him after 5 days and it's very professionally written and with references. His quote is lower than other companies that I contacted. That's the reason why we pursue on using their service. They haven't done the worked yet and they're scheduled to do it on the 24th. "I hired Brian owner of a Few Good Tradesmen many years ago to do some electrical work and he has since done about 20 projects for me, all of which have come in on time and within budget.  Brian is more than a contractor, he gives you ideas on how to do projects, creatively working with your space and budget . He has since done many different types of jobs from completely renovating bathrooms to building additions and rewiring a whole house. He knows how to manage crews and takes responsibility when one of the subs doesn't show up or does a poor job. He's done work for friends of mine and recently even had him at my parents house to renovate their bathroom, fix a leaky pipe, change out an electric panel and replace a storm door. "For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
