He came one evening and took care of that. Then he came back and loaded up that storage unit and my upstairs apartment, all by himself, during the process he communicated everything, was efficient and very professional. He drove my belongings to Kentucky and unloaded them all. My next plan is to build a house here and I’m 100% highing Greg to do the job. He’s highly skilled in all areas of renovations and construction, I’ve seen his work, he truly cares and is an expert in all areas and he goes above to make sure that you feel comfortable in all steps of the way. If you’re looking for a professional high quality reasonably priced company to paint your home or install new gutters you can’t go wrong with ProPainters and Gutters. The paint on the exterior of my home which cedar siding required serious attention. Almost 60% of the paint on the side of the house with the most sun exposure was peeling very badly. ProPainters sanded all of the impacted areas right down to bare cedar then primed and painted with a type of paint that will not peel like the previous paint. "Vinny and his team at McLeod Brothers were fantastic to work with. Our new home had its original wood shake roof (100 years old) with 4 layers of asphalt shingles layered on top. Vinny was extremely communicative, honest, and diligent - he stopped by the site almost every day to check-in. His team was incredibly efficient and very hard working. With a complete roof removal and installation there is always going to be some debris around the home (old roofing and nails), but his team did an incredible job of cleaning up. "Mateo built a 1 room 150 sf addition that resulted in a leaky foundation with water and mold inside. There were 6+ gaps/holes in the CMU walljoints that were 2”- 3+” deep where water easily penetrated. Also his tape and sheet rocking has cracked/gapped on all walls and the vaulted ceiling. The worst part was Mateo refused to stand behind his work and I had to get another contractor to remedy his work."
