"LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER. WORK WAS LESS THAN GOOD. THE WRONG FLOORS WERE INSTALLED AND THEY WERE POORLY INSTALLED.NO RESTITUTION WAS WAS OFFERED. HE WASNT HAPPY WITH MY INSURANCE PAYMENTS AND NOW DEMANDING MONEY FROM ME, WELL BEYOND A GENEROUS PAYMENT FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY. HE INFLATED HIS COSTS. AND THREATENED LEGAL ACTION. HE USES CHEAP MATERIALS AND HIRES QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK."
