Our job included large slate tiles, small glass tiles and quartz slabs. 100% of the floor and walls are covered with stone and tile. Even a portion of the ceiling has tile. Every curve and corner was painstakingly executed and took extra time to get things right. "After checking with a few companies I decided to go ahead with Great Lakes Refinishing.  Matt arrived on time and did a great job.  Everything was taped and cleaned up afterwards.  The ONLY negative is that I was told it would take 4-6 hours while it took 8.  But since I was in and out all day that was fine.  The tub looks fantastic!

"Andre was very professional.  He arrived within the time frame specified, and called to notify us of his specific arrival time. I was charged with an additional $100 for a primer and $30 for travel fee, both fine print that I did not realize (the company is out of Tinley Park I believe)  I am still unsure about the finished product as it looks textured (after the second visit it no longer feels this way)  I had also wanted to have my tile surrounding the tub sprayed, but the cost compared to other re-finishers was at least double if not triple.  Beautiful Finishes quoted me the entire surround and tub for about 100 more. I wish I would have known the total cost for tub and tile beforehand, as well as the travel and primer costs.
