They told me (as did other companies) that I needed to put a gutter system in my basement to alleviate pressure on the foundation and prevent future water damage. "Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"So far my basement has not leaked and the valve hasn't leaked because my sewer has not backed up . Anew sump pump was installed and it drains onto my lawn ( makes a muddy mess in the summer )  they put furnace drain into their drain tile which increases the water that pumps out.  Should had left it as it was.|The did work fast and were neat   - came early and left by 5 pm.|The offer a free lifetime warranty and included 3 glass block windows with a vent ."
