"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements."

"Professional; responsive; quality work. Even came back to replace the window (plastic v. A metal clasp on the window) and add dirt around the exterior."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"They installed windows for us. We found one window that was barely cracked. They came right back out and replaced it right away. The windows are very high quality and they are easy to clean. It so nice to have the new windows!"

"Best price, personal service. Clancy will work with you until you are happy and fix what needs to be fixed. He even came out and checked our roof for us a year later when asked. The crew were considerate and quick! Overall great job."

"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

"Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I took multiple bids on my basement project across basement companies in Columbus. Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. In my experience, they offer the most fair pricing."

"I was very pleased from the get go with Universal Windows. I loved their communication with me. The windows arrived a month ahead of time. The installers were on time. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. The cleaned up their mess and in six hours I had 11 new windows installed. I definitely love my new windows and would highly recommend the company. Great customer service!"
