"The owner of Stone Depot, Nick Papas, offers hands on professional service.   I am a realtor, so great service is part of my professional standard and I appreciate it in others.  Nick was always available by phone and was very responsive.  I was nervous about selecting my granite, and I changed my mind at the last minute.   Nick was very gracious and allowed me to select another granite that I preferred. His team arrived for the installation on time and did an outstanding job.  The was a minor issue with caulking, and Nick sent someone out the next day to finish it off.  I could not be more happy with my granite and Stone Depot.  I was advised to personally select my slab of granite - which I did.  All granite is different, so that was good advice.  The location for selection was in Sterling VA, which was great for me since I live in VA.
I also checked out Counter Intelligence, but found the salesman was not very concerned and did not go the extra mile to get my business.  I  had to drive all the way to Silver Spring MD to look at samples of granite slabs.  That was to far to go.  Also, their price quote was higher.  The smaller company atmosphere at Stone Depot was a much better choice for me.  I highly recommend them!

"Excellent service from initial contact to final completion.  Had an older bathtub in great shape just a bad color, refinished into a standard white finish.  Miracle Method came out for initial quote, described their services, inspected the area to be worked on.  Later came out on date promised and finished as scheduled.  I suppose the best compliment is that I would use them again as need arise.  No complaints at all and would recommend to others.

"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. We could not have made a better decision as the entire process was flawless. Katherine, a Certified Interior Decorator, was so patient and helpful with our selections. Felipe, the project manager, came by almost every day. Not that he needed to, because the installers (Johnny and Grover) were courteous and extremely hard working. The project was completed on schedule and the quality of the work was such that we did not have any punch lists items once the baths were completed. "Don't let the name Kitchen and Bath Depot limit you from considering this company for any job in your home. We did a major renovation of our home that ultimately resulted in a new home with all new spaces on the interior and exterior. Ron, Mark and the guys from Kitchen and Bath were exceptional. At no time in the project did we have any problems or anxiety about the job. They completed the renovation ahead of schedule and never asked for any more money above our agreed upon price. We lived in the home for the entire 5 month period and the team was clean and respectful of our space at all times. After pricing out many of the other construction companies and design/build firms K&B came in at the best price among the group. Most importantly the finished product exceeded our expectations.  They are true professionals and deserve to be considered among the best in the region. "We had to replace a shower stall in our master bath do to a poor job done by another company nine years before.  We went to Jud tile and they helped us find new tile that would fit in well with the rest of the bathroom which we did not want to replace.  After getting installation prices from other contractors we decided to have Jud do the work themselves even though they were a little more expensive.  The job went fairly well although there was some mistakes in the ordering of the custom bullnose and they showed up with the wrong metal trim.  We also had to bring the installer back twice because he missed a couple of small places with the grout. Overall, we were happy with the end result especially with the frameless shower door.
