From the original estimate, I appreciated Deska's practical approach to fixing my foundation and structural issues. I didn't have the budget for a first floor flooring gut (the ONLY option proposed by a different vendor), and Len proposed an option that was still more than I'd planned for, but doable with a HELOC. NGL it took a very long time between me committing to the work and getting the work done, but they did set a reasonable expectation in advance and the office kept me reliably informed as I waited.
