"We hired General Remodeling Group to remodel our outdated kitchen. This was our first major home remodeling and we were completely overwhelmed with the project. Vidas, the project manager, and his staff were truly valuable in walking us through this process. He listened patiently while we described our ideas and offered suggestions and sage advice. He was always available either through texts or emails. His prompt responses were appreciated. Max was also so helpful through every step of the remodel. He accompanied us to the various vendors to help and advised us in choosing our countertop, backsplash, flooring, wall paints etc. He was always patient with us as we spent a lot of time trying to make good decisions. Part way through the project, Max discovered water damage from the bathroom above the kitchen.Vidas and Max informed us right away and we worked on an agreeable solution for repairs. We were so impressed with Max's attention to detail and his quality of work. The other crew members, Hilario and Richard's (the tile expert) work were exceptional and again, their attention to detail were amazing. We are so pleased with our new kitchen. From start to finish, it was a very good experience. We had a few minor blips here and there,but Vidas or Max took care of them quickly and efficiently. "Simmons Home Improvement, LLC did a wonderful job on my project. They replaced an attic fan and louver system in my attic over the garage. It was complicated. Demetri made suggestions and recommendations as to the system proposed, work to be done and keep me updated all along the way. They finished the job inside and out beautifully which included installation of the system, electrical and replacing siding that needed to be cut and reinstalled due to adjustments that needed to be made. Demetri and his team were neat, professional and respectful to me and of my property at all times. Thank you Demetri for everything. They start by providing an on-site estimate (though there is a modest fee, it is well worth it). There is great value in a contractor having eyes on your job before they quote it. They then provide a comprehensive estimate and review your scope of work in great detail. Scheduling the work was easy, and the two technicians that worked my kitchen project were polite, professional, and gifted craftsmen. "Matt yusufhanoglu and his company Living colors did a phenomenal job in restoring my 1958 ranch house into a gem. The house was empty and in terrible condition on the inside. With the help of his architect Matt was able to present me with multiple choices based on the open floor plan that I wanted in the main living area. This included tearing down an attached room and building a beautiful sunlit addition that extended the kitchen area and added a sun room. Matt and his site lead Carlos also creatively found space to add a full second bathroom to make the house an efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the amazing interior design selections such as cabinets, windows, flooring and associated hardware that made this house my dream come true."

The warping panels caused water intrusion into the house when it rains. Gomez Construction crew were knowledgeable, accountable, accommodating to work with during the week long project."

They did a great job communicating timeline, expectations, and options up front, and then executed the job really well.  Steven and his team were all helpful and easy to work with. The offer was competitive as well. Job site was thoroughly cleaned up after. There were some minor things that needed to be addressed after the job was complete, both on the same day as well as several weeks later, and Steven and his team were able to take care of that immediately.  We love the new roof and are looking forward to many years.  Would definitely recommend to use Chevy Chase Remodeling if you need a roof."
