My call was promptly returned the next day and arrangements were made to come see where the work was to be done. They showed up on time (and even called a half-hour ahead to let me know they were on the way). We arranged a date for the actual install. A couple of days before the scheduled date, they called to say that because the weather report was calling for storms they would have to reschedule. As they were going to be cutting holes in my roof, I was happy to reschedule! We arranged for a date the following week. The workers showed up on time and were careful to lay out drop cloths to protect my floors and minimize clean up. The work was done efficiently. The workers double-checked with me after marking the ceiling to make sure the placement of the sun tunnels was exactly right. When they finished, they cleaned up everything so well you would never have known they were there. The sun tunnels look great and provide a lot of light in my bathrooms. My biggest concern was potential leaks in the roof, but the sun tunnels came through recent heavy thunderstorms without any problems. Highly recommend this company.
