"The quote guy was very good and friendly. They quoted two guys out to work and only one came out to work. I had mixed feelings about that since the quote said two. The work was fair, not great. We had to replace more shingles after the ones they did. It was not bad but not great."

"Marcus was very professional and friendly. His estimate was broken down and explained unlike other plumbers that gave a quote without explanation. He installed piping and the water softener system and was within our budget. He was not an over-priced plumber. I wanted to attach a picture of his work, but I don't see a way to do so. I would use Substantial Mechanical Contracting again and I would highly recommend their services."
