I believe that hiring someone to do work in your home is an already challenging task, but hiring someone for electrical work which can become complex and critical to complete correctly is even more difficult. St. John Electric impressed me on every front. They were very communicative throughout the process, providing information to me throughout the day, no matter how many questions I asked. They were thorough in explaining exactly what was going to happen and making sure that I was not only aware, but that I was satisfied before and after the work started. We originally hired St. John Electric to help us install a transfer switch in our home for a portable generator. They did a phenomenal job in making sure we understood how to use it, how to operate the new system and made sure everything worked perfectly before they left. Once we realized how amazing they were, we quickly scheduled more work with them. They have not only made our home better in terms of fixing long-standing problems and finally giving us the capability to use things the right way, but they've made our home and family safer. "I called Andy to look at my outlet plug in the garage that wasn't working. He checked the circuit breaker and found it and was installed in one of my bathrooms. Long story short, he did not rip me off because he could have taken advantage of a senior citizen. He's upfront, no-nonsense, easy to understand, and nice and funny too!
