He knew his product and knew what we needed. When he came out he already he knew what we could use for our condo. He answered all questions we had and had other material in his truck he could show up. He was able to come out when we had time available. They come out and measures the window, then they have the guy that is going to install them measure again and introduces themselves so you know who they will be. We had another quote that was slightly lower but the quality of the window is better. He is up front and let you know the windows are made to fit."
