"I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. "I called them in May 2013 to have my gutter cleaned. They did it with a reasonable price, which was good. This year (2014) I called them again in late March to schedule the gutter cleaning. They returned my call, asking me to provide my home address, which I did. However they didn't not come to do the job until now. I called them twice last week to confirm if they are still going to do the job for me. They never returned my call since. Not sure what happened.
