"Darryl and his assistant were courteous and friendly. They showed up when promised and replaced shower valve. The shower faucet was leaking water. I sent Darryl a picture of the shower valve, and he knew exactly what part to order. All went well."

"I don't know how to answer this question except to say everything went very smoothly and was completed according to my wishes.  The men who did the work were very accommodating and personable, as was the owner of the company.  They explained it all to me as it went along and answered every question I had to my satisfaction.  I liked the idea that all of the old cabinets were donated to Habitat  for Humanity to be reused for someone who needed them.
I love my new island with all the cabinetry  it holds.  My only regret is that I picked out a laminate countertop instead of granite to save money.  I am thinking I will call Steve and ask him to replace the countertops with granite that I should have chosen in the first place.  "

"Did an excellent job. My husband loves his new walk-in shower bathroom. Kept the area clean. Gave us a really good price. They also put a roof on for us About two years ago. Excellent job. We will definitely use them in the future."

"I am very satisfied with the workmen. They answered all of my questions, gave me opportunities to make choices. The resulting walk-in shower is beautiful. The clean-up was very good. Also the customer service was good. I highly recommend Bath Factory and Window."

"Joe and I first spoke on the phone but then communicated via text to set up an exact time. Texting is very convenient for me so I liked this. We had a little back and forth before setting on a time but both of us were flexible so it worked out. Joe was very up front about when he could do the work and arrived when he was supposed to. He was friendly, polite, and assessed the issue quickly but thoroughly.  I also had two other questions that I asked him about plumbing issues in the house and both he was able to answer quickly and suggest corrections without wasting any of my time. I haven't had much plumbing work done but from what I've heard from others, the price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call him back once we decide to fix the pipe in the floor and for any other plumbing issues. I'm happy to have found a reliable plumber since plumbing issues can be a huge pain!"
