Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. "Chris Ruh contacted me by e-mail the day I bought the Big Deal (3/2/24) for a foundation inspection and returned my call the same day (3/3/14). He was ready to come out that evening but since I was not home he scheduled for the next morning. He called and arrived before 9am and got right to work. He was very friendly and professional and told me that he could tell my home was old but that the foundation was sturdy and found no evidence of damage outside of a few cracks around the exterior. He told me that I could easily repair those myself. Since I wasn't getting any water in my basement he didn't see any need for additional work outside of what I could do myself.

"So far my basement has not leaked and the valve hasn't leaked because my sewer has not backed up . Anew sump pump was installed and it drains onto my lawn ( makes a muddy mess in the summer )  they put furnace drain into their drain tile which increases the water that pumps out.  Should had left it as it was.|The did work fast and were neat   - came early and left by 5 pm.|The offer a free lifetime warranty and included 3 glass block windows with a vent ."
