But he had barely looked at the door before he said I should probably have a new door. I told him to just repair what he could. He did make a couple of adjustments and added one tap screw to hold a bracket where the original screw hole had ripped. He was probably there less than 1/2 hour. It was only afterward that I realized that I didn't get a copy of the 23 point inspection - so I don't know what he was suppose to look. Bottom line - I didn't appreciate the attempt to sell a new door before he's done anything. I'm might have them back, but I would ask a lot more questions. They did only charge me $39.00, so possible for that amount of money, I should not complain."
