"I never bother to write reviews, but the exceptional workmanship, customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism of Xavier and his crew deserves to be shared! I had an issue during the install of our gutters and it was resolved immediately -no agreements, no excuses -just great service! The gutters and the guards are wonderful! They look and function beautifully. I has has been over a year since the install. I climbed a ladder and looked in - no debris and my house has pine tress very close to it. My old gutters and "leaf guards" use to be a nightmare to clean EVERY YEAR! Like I said it's been a year and 3 months since the install. Today I called the company and left a message explaining I had work done last year and asked to have Xavier call me back. (I am looking to have roof work done, but purposely left out the reason for my call.) It was a test -would they think I am calling to complain about an issue and not return my call? "The installer was prompt and very professional.  My husband is a carpenter and understood the complexity in the installation, he had no complaints with the work that was performed.  When there were issues during installation that required work beyond the scope of the project, we were approached and fully informed of the change and any costs associated with it.  Our house has plank siding, so the windows needed to be framed, and inside we had chair railing in some of the rooms, which was discussed in detail.  We waited before we submitted this review, we wanted to make sure that we did not encounter leaks or issues, we did not. These windows and the installation are warrantied (transferable) for the life of the house. The windows are as tight, leakproof, and beautiful as the day they were installed.
