They were sure to provide us with as little inconvenience to our day to day routine as possible, which was a big plus in my book, because home repair is stressful. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Even at the end of the job when he was picking up the backhoe he asked if we wanted to loosen any of the shrubbery we wanted to remain in our landscaping for the time being so it could be easily removed later if we decided to. Some companies come in, you never speak to the owner, they lag on the job, they're disorganized, they don't stick to their timelines, they inconvenience your home life, and you never get to tell anyone you want something done differently than originally planned. I had the exact opposite experience with Precision foundation, I saw no one slacking, they stuck to their timeline, I was able to speak with the owner, I was able to change the original plan, I could add-on work, they were happy to do provisional work, I could change something to my liking, and they were affordable. It was a great experience all around. "I purchased this home a couple years ago. We noticed that the previous owner had applied a this coating on the basement wall in an attempt to seal wall cracks that ran from top to bottom. Obviously this was not the proper way to repair it and they began to seep as time went on. I read reviews on Angie's List and chose to call Dave with The Crack Team. He called back within a short time and gave an estimate based on my description of how many leaks I thought I had. We set a date and when he got here the estimate was reduced in half because I confused crack repair with rod hole fillings. He repaired 2 long cracks and filled about 12 rod holes. He was very friendly and professional. He did a neat job and cleaned up afterwards. Also he offered suggestions for some minor floor cracks. Thanks to him the basement now appears to be completely dry. The work came with a "Lifetime of the Structure Warranty". I am very pleased with the contractor and the workmanship and will certainly recommend him to others."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. "There are very few genuine and honest people that you come across in life, especially in doing business. Justin @ RC Waterproofing is certainly one of them. I reached out to RC to get a quote for my mothers leaky basement. Water seemed to be coming in from the corner of one of the walls.
I'd gone to one other company already, was told that the basement needed to be dug up, and was prepared for the large price tag. However when Justin came out, he recommended and performed an adjustment to the sump pump, instead of a pricey demolition. He was very upfront in telling us that he always recommends the simple, economical solution, first, before jumping to the most expensive options.
We did find that we needed further solutions for the water in the basement, and we were provided with a very reasonable quote, much less than our quote from a competitor. We are in the process now of scheduling a date for service, but have no doubt that we will be satisfied with the work performed.
