"This project turned out exactly how I had envisioned and even better than expected. The overall project was to finish a basement, and remodel our mud room into a new laundry room. On initial meeting, they were very receptive to my vision and ideas (even though I have limited knowledge on remodeling projects). The overall estimate was fair and within my budget, with some room for unexpected changes. Once the project got started, Edwin and his crew went over with me the general concepts of the projects and discussed some design planning ideas. The process was very efficient and Edwin checked in with me at regular intervals during the project to confirm my choices and that the project with going according to plan. The team and Mir were also very accommodating when problems did arise or there were unexpected changes. The overall job came out completed to plan, and very professional. I enjoyed working with them and definitely would hire them again for future home projects. Could not be happier with the result of this project and certainly would recommend them to friends and family."

From my initial contact to verify if they could preform the services I needed (I reached out to 3 vendors at the same time) and they responded immediately. Once I paced my order through Angie's List - they reached out to me the next business to confirm my appointment date & time. I sent them additional emails to verify my requested services and they were able to provide me with a list of supplies I would need. <br> <br>Alfredo arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He reviewed all of the items to confirm the services I wanted completed and got right to work on the powder room (which ended up being almost a remodel with the replacement of the toilet, fan, vanity and mirror). All of the services where completed within the time allotted in the offer I purchased (Handyman for 8 hours).  <br> <br>Alfredo was very polite, professional and cleaned up behind himself as he completed each project. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. "We hired Peter Michael LLC to install crown moulding in our new Pulte home in Verdana Village in Estero, Florida. They consulted with us on the scope of the job and the moulding style. They came across a few challenges since the wall to ceiling wasn't quite 90 degrees in some areas and had to use their prior experiences to work around the issues. They were meticulous in their work and the job looks awesome. Peter and his son were pleasant to work with and their prices were competitive. I would include this company in your due diligence while looking for a vendor to do your work."
