I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. On initial meeting, they were very receptive to my vision and ideas (even though I have limited knowledge on remodeling projects). Once the project got started, Edwin and his crew went over with me the general concepts of the projects and discussed some design planning ideas.
