Why I didn't rate all 5s is because if I had been given the option of having my lawn treated on a more frequent basis - recognizing the the cost would have been much more I likely would have done it. But without an expert- and my technician is an expert with fescue - on a more frequent basis I was unable to sustain the efforts alone.
