Lo and behold he got the part, installed and checked it out and saved us from having everything in the refrigerator from spoiling. "It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. The new pendant was lowered by 6 inches, compared to the old one, to allow easy exchange of light bulbs. The electrician was creative in solving some installation problems.  He also saved me some money by advising me that some other electrical work I was considering might not be necessary."
