Steve at Kephas was responsible for prepping that floor before installation?..flooring guy was pissed they didn?t have it ready so just made due. Went above & beyond what I requested: they wiped down the ceiling to eliminate mold, power washed wicker tables, carefully removed the porch swing to avoid paint splatters, & tucked canvas under all spots being painted."
