"It was a big job, but Keith and Ann arrived early at 8:45am and completed the project at 3:45pm. They covered all areas surrounding each vent with drop cloths and worked throughout the house. The air duct cleaning unit is self contained, but they made sure to vacuum up any residual debris from removing the vents. They also washed and re-installed all vents. Keith also did a small repair on an air duct in my attic that was letting in warm air at no charge! This is the 2nd time I have used Clean Pro and they were just as courteous, prompt, and organized as ever. I would definitely recommend their services! They also provide a number of other services you can look into on their website. I plan to have our fabric sectional sofa and dining room chairs stain sealed in the future. "After making the decision to do a complete shower replacement we decided to get a couple of estimates. The first estimate we received was a bit startling so I decided to try Angles List. When I got to David Devall’s company information I was very impressed with all the excellent reviews and the extensive photo gallery displaying his past work. David’s estimate was basically half that of the first estimate and he started the job about 5 weeks later when all the materials arrived. The first day was spent removing the old shower and preparing the stud walls for the new surface material. He finished the job 3 days after that. David is extremely talented and new just how to resolve all the unforeseen challenges that arose after removing the old shower. By the time his work was complete I knew why all the reviews had such high marks. Needless to say, my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the finished product."

"The Xtreme Steam Team is Amazing.  They got here early and finished the job with no hassles.  When I asked the to include the the two chairs they didn't try to jack up the price.  Usually on the Friday before Thanksgiving I would expect to run into problems with trying to get done quick at a sacrifice to quality.  Not these guys, they take pride in their work and make sure it is done right!  I could not have been more pleased with their performance.

"The drywall was fair, a lot of the electrical outlet where not cut out to fix the outlets themselves, so I had to buy over-sized face-plates in order to cover up the mistakes, the doors and trim for the most part came of pretty good, some of the painting on the doors needed to be redone, because the paint was sprayed on unevenly, the hanging of the doors and trim work was pretty good. the installation of the tub and shower, was not done very well, some of the lines did not match up, and the shower head kept dripping when toggling between the bathtub and the shower itself, and he did not come back to finish up the drywall around the bath and tub insert, or the baseboard trim work, which he said he would do. I really liked Ryan as a person, and I thought that he would be a man of his word, so I made the mistake of paying him in full for the unfinished work, because I thought that he could be trusted, to do what he said he would, however I had to find out the hard way, that this was not the case. after leaving him several text messages, asking him when he would be coming back to finish the work that had been paid for, I got no responses from him. so I have to hire someone else to finish up what I had already paid for. I really hate writing anything negative about anyone, because I know that this is their profession and livelihood, However I have to be honest, so that no one else would have to go through the same thing that I did."

"I had to get a walk-in shower installed at my 98 year old Mother’s home. I contacted Skinners Flooring to get estimate and some ideas for replacing a very small walk-in shower that had no handrails nor seat. Daniel work with me, giving me great ideas for safety, durability and looks. He also suggested the latest style of shower systems to eliminate the possibility of leaks or issues down the road. He suggested tile configuration, and colors that would be appealing to the eye. He planned the handrails and seat for safety. During all of this he was always respectful When we finished planning it out, the price and time frame agreed upon, Daniel started. The old shower was to demolished and the drain was relocated to properly drain the new, much larger shower. Daniel kept things neat, was always prompt and finish the shower in a timely fashion Working with Daniel throughout this process was a pleasure, he was very easy to work with and very professional and knowledgeable which allowed me to focus on my Mother. "Everything was fantastic. I walked in and the waiting area was immaculate. The floors were vacuumed. The waiting chairs were all lined up and presentable. All reading articles were neatly placed. The room had been sanitized meeting the Covid-19 guidelines. Each room inside of the studio was to my liking including the restrooms. I definitely recommend this company for cleaning services and plan on calling them in the near future for services."

"I called him on a Saturday and within 15 minutes, he returned my call.  Within an hour, he was at my home to investigate the problem with my central A/C Unit.  Within a very short time period, he diagnosed the problem and set out to obtain the part needed for the repair.  After obtaining the part, he arrived back at my home within 30 to 40 minutes and made the repair.  I found the gentleman to be very professional, courteous and helpful.  I would definitely use him in the future.
While he was at my home, I asked him to take a look at my yard and send me a price to do the regular lawn mowing, edging, etc.  The next day, he provided me with that information in which I thought he gave me a fair price and I intend on using him in the future.
