"American Remodeling Enterprises worker's clear off the old shingles in one day and put half of the new roof on in the same day.  They made sure the roof was tarped for rain, since we had a lot of it in April.  Workers came back as soon as the weather broke and finish the job.  They are fast and friendly."

"I bought a special offer (via Angie's List) for HomeMade Design to provide a design for one room in my house.  I was in the process of moving into a new home, organizing it, etc. so really wanted help with some interior design.  But I was so busy that the deal ended up expiring before I could use it.  I contacted HomeMade Design and they told me that all they could do was give me credit for the amount of the deal toward a future purchase.  The thing is, I can't afford their prices (even with the credit), so I ended up throwing money away.  My fault, but I wish the deal could have been a little more flexible in terms of expiration.  We (Homemade Design and I) had never started the project so what difference did it make if we started one year later?  I still need a design and they have the money.....why can't we start now?  Note:  I would have gladly paid a little more to compensate for inflation of costs, etc. during the  time lapsed."
