"We bought all our kitchen appliances from Young's, in part because they are local and in part because they promise to service what they sell, and over the years they have done that well.
Recently we had a problem with a double oven, or  rather with the surrounding cabinetry,  (The oven it was apparently trying to escape.) 
The original work had been done by another company that was unresponsive.   We spoke to Young's, hoping they could tell us who to could fix this kind of problem.
